Vickie Heffner

Vickie Heffner has been the PILLAR Executive Director since 2014.  Her goals have been to streamline operations, focus on programming, and increase revenue streams.  In 2018, Vickie successfully completed a capital campaign and the project management of the renovation of the new PILLAR classrooms and offices. In 2020, Vickie pivoted PILLAR classes to Zoom and in 2021, pivoted classes into hybrid classes.

Vickie has worked for banks, libraries, museums, churches, military bases, and university settings across the country.  She is an experienced grant writer, successful small business owner, and former computer programmer.​
